About Winner:
Charles Lupica is an award winning fine-art photographer whose work has been displayed in galleries, published in books, newspapers, magazines and online. He was the featured artist in the July 2013 issue of Artists Culture magazine. He is active on Google Plus where he manages several photography communities including a Black and White online workshop. In 2011, his book, “Grand angle sur la Collégiale de Neuchâtel”, was published by Alphil S.A.
